Appointment Scheduling - Consultations can be booked through our online booking system or by contacting our team directly. - Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details. - Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to avoid any communication issues. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations - If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. - This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an available consultation. - You can modify your appointment through the confirmation email or by reaching out to our scheduling team. 3. Late Arrivals - Please arrive or log in promptly at your scheduled time. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, your consultation may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. 4. No-Show Policy - As consultations are offered free of charge, we ask that you honor your scheduled time. - Clients who miss appointments without prior notice may be limited from rebooking future consultations. 5. Communication - Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via email or text message. - Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation after booking. 6.
