Do you help with medical records requests?
Yes, we gather and review documents for medical records requests. If there are documents missing, we notify the provider.
Do you help with patient eligibility?
We offer training and assistance with patient eligibility at an additional service fee.
Are you able to process Medicare audit requests?
Yes, we help to gather and review documents for audit submissions. We work with you to make sure all documents reflect medical necessity before submission.
Do you bill for Skin Graft?
Yes, we do skin graft billing.
Do you help with scheduling patient visits?
No, we do not offer a scheduling service but we can guide your practice on internal office operations.
Do you offer credentialing/contracting services?
Yes, we can process group and individual provider enrollments with Medicare and Medicaid. Any credentialing and insurance contracts beyond can be done at an additional service fee.
